Redeeming
They show the QR or the 8-digit code you forwarded, at the counter of any Palu Fuel station. Staff verify it instantly and they fill up. No smartphone or internet needed — the 8-digit code is enough.
No. Every FuelPass is strictly one-time. Once redeemed it is permanently spent — even if a screenshot is copied, only the first scan works.
Not in this first release. A FuelPass is redeemed in a single fill for its full value.
After 12 months. Unused expired FuelPasses can be refunded or extended — contact us before they expire.
All four: Fuaʻamotu, Houma, Malapo and Vaini. You can buy for "any station" or lock a FuelPass to one.
Safety & fees
Card processing, SMS and email delivery, and the platform's security and fraud protection. It is added on top — the FuelPass's TOP value is never reduced.
Payments are handled by Stripe (card details never touch our servers). FuelPass codes are stored hashed, can only be used once, and every scan is logged.
Your code also arrives by email, and the confirmation page lets you send the SMS again. The code never changes — you can always forward the email itself, or share the QR from it.
Unused FuelPasses can be refunded to the original card. Contact us via the Contact page with your order number.
No — guest checkout is fine. An account adds a dashboard with all your FuelPasses and purchase history.
